Pleasant hotel for a short stay, we were on the way to petra. The staff was helpful organizing rent-a-car. Nice breakfast room.
We took a taxi from town and gave the name of the hotel. However, first taxi driver was not aware of its location. Second taxi driver also did not know where it was. Finally we got lucky with the third taxi driver. The hotel is a bit away from the center.

A good hotel for a four star, in that it is exactly that: a 4 star. For me the location was excellent and the room clean and staff very helpful. Maybe slightly over priced in comparison with other 4 star hotels, but that did not bother me at the end. The view from my window looking over the University of Jordan was pleaseing.
The seats in the dinning/breakfast room. Very low for the table. The offerings for breakfast was basic. Hardly had any breakfast at the hotel.

We had booked in for a night in a superior room with late check-out as we had a 8pm flight to catch the next day. On arrival the hotel staff upgraded us to the deluxe suite with a late next-day 6pm checkout. The hotel staff were very professional and offered us fresh beverage while we waited. They put our needs first the moment we stepped into the hotel, they also offered us a complimentary bowl of fruit in our room. The hotel is of extremely high standard for a 4 star. The rooms are pleasing and inviting and what's good is everything works! The heated air con when it gets cold at night and 24 hour hot water when you want that HOT relaxing shower! If you've been travelling through Jordan, this is the comfort you will want. The deluxe room is very spacious, with its own walk in wardrobe. 2 HD Tv's, lounge area, inside balcony. Mini Fridge with its beverage and snack stock. The room service offers a breakfast menu, restaurant menu though it is abit expensive. The quality of service, the comfort the hotel offers is worth the stay. It was the perfect choice to end our 2 week trip in Jordan. We were really pleased and would stop here again in the future.

Had lovely stay for business trip and the weather was wonderful. The booked room was nicely furnished and new-fashioned with international tv channels. There were coffee and a kettle if needed. The location was peaceful for walking around a state-supported university;))

Here's the good and the not-so-good
Staff provided really good service, promptly addressing requests with professionalism and warmth. The atmosphere seemed like home, highlighting comfort and hospitality .
The breakfast selection could use improvement. It lacked variety and fresh fruit options, disappointing.
